companions.. and peace be upon all Prophets and Messengers.

Personally, and on behalf of International Islamic Forum for
Dialogue and World Muslim Congress, based Jeddah – Saudi Arabia, it gives me
pleasure to address this generous gathering of Muslim and Christian Leaders ,
and greet the noble aims which call to organizing such as august conference
seeking for good and avoiding of corruption. For all be enjoying Security and
Peace.
At
out set of this noble goals, I think it is of the objectivity, as we are living
in throng of the hurrying events in both regional and international levels,
there are some questions should be asked such as:
1.
What is the reading of the religious and cultural leaders about that is
happening today in the world? What is it’s reasons and motives? What is a
position of the religious and cultural values towards it?
2.
What is the urgent requirement of the religious and cultural leaders to
correct the track of the world civilization?
3.
How can we through the religious and cultural values confronting the
difficult challenges which the world is facing today?
I
recognize like you that it are a difficult and complicated questions . But I
think it are unavoidable, it is our duty and responsibility against our Almighty
Allah and against the human generations to deal with it. Whereas our Almighty
Lord has born us honesty of succession in Earth, and granted us Honor of
cultural guidance among people; regarding to the previous questions can I say
shortly, that which is happening in the world due to:
1.
A big confusion of values and morals, and the ugly disturbance in the
standers of justice and values of the human brotherhood.
2.
Increasing tendency of selfishness and avidity at the expense of rights
and interests of others; as well as ignorance
their existence and dignity.
3.
Absence or putting aside a role of the religious and cultural leaders of
sharing in the responsibilities of the serious educational building of the
generations; as well as taking them away from a movement of cultural rendering
of determination of interests of the communities.
The
urgent essential thing from the religious and cultural leaders – as the
followers of the largest two heavenly religions in the world – to correct the
tremendous dangerous case of the world track is the initiative to realize the
following:
·
Releasing a statement warns of the
strong dangerous that threatens a security of the human communities; because of
the deterioration of the values and morals. Also because of the disturbance of
the standers of justice on both regional and international levels.
·
Making
a common world Charter of values.
·
Calling
for a world summit of the religious, cultural and political leaders within frame
of the UN for reflecting and adopting the common Charter.
·
Forming
a lasting council of the religious and cultural leaders within the UN. It’s
authorities would be determined by the consultation with the political leaders.
·
Rooting
and expending of the dialogue culture among the followers of religions and
cultures.
·
Emphasizing
that the dialogue not means that any body have to relinquish his religious or
cultural identity; but it is the better bath for acquaintance in order to:
1.
Assuring unity of the human family and complementarity of it’s
interests.
2.
Respecting of human dignity and safety of environment.
3.
Emphasizing that the justice is a basis of security, stability and
development.
4.
Insisting that the riches of cosmos are for all on a basis of respecting
a right of possession and legislation
of mutual utilization.
5.
Man and woman are two complemented partners in bearing responsibilities
of life.
6.
Rebalancing between the rights and duties in the educational process of
the human generations.
7.
Emphasizing that the universality and the globalization are two
inseparable issues; should not be separated. Whereas the universality without
globalization is just hops and ambitions; on the other hand the globalization
without fair universality turns into frivolity and destruction.
8.
Assuring that the violence and terrorism are two world phenomena due to
confusing standers of the justice and disturbance of the religious and cultural
conceptions.
Finally,
we are in the International Islamic Forum for Dialogue and the World Muslim
Congress; reminding all that we have to learn how to consider our religious
differences and cultural privacies. Also we have to discover our common
conceptions. In order to walk together in harmony and safety on a basis of
Willing and Obedience of Almighty Allah and according to His Eternal
Instructions. For realizing a safe coexistence among the human societies.
